the disco ball beacons were lit, and Mumbai answered. Adidas Originals was launching their new line of shoes and apparel in the Indian market by throwing a party that was true to the Originals Houseparty culture that they themselves invented. our job to was to help curate these moments of gathering, celebration and community into the semblance of a linear narrative which burst into a post-party montage of fun moments. the film with its ‘new nostalgia’ vibe is a shoutout to our favourite 90s house party music videos pulling audiences backs away from the wall and into the midst of young, energetic social action. all in all a ‘scene’ to remember.
